When To Register
Registration is open throughout the year, but we encourage you to enroll your child as soon as possible if you know your child will be attending Peralta Trail Elementary.

Registration Requirements
Birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency must be provided at time of enrollment.

Students transferring from another school must provide a withdrawal form and an official notice from that school.
